Joseph Schouten

Joseph is a 10 year old 5th grader from Alexander City, AL.  2008 was a special year for him, because he skied in his first Nationals in both Slalom and Tricks. Also, he is the 2 time running Alabama State Champion in Slalom, Tricks and Overall. This year will be a lot tougher for him when he enters Boys 2 competition, but he would like to qualify for the Nationals in Tricks by scoring over 1200 points. He skis with and looks up to his Grandpa Schouten, Dad, and big sister, Piper. Outside of skiing, Joseph enjoys basketball and being the King of Nintendo DS.
